If for any reason you are not happy with your male end hose connector fitting, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return shipment, and the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that any returns received without an RMA number or that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
